Our engineering team reviews your design and recommends the ideal production method:


  • 3D-printed prototype (≈80 % of final geometry)
  • Prototype molding (≈95 % of final geometry, up to 1,000 cycles)
  • Final injection molding in aluminum or stainless-steel tool


We align all dimensions with your drawings and functional needs (e.g., imaging, liquid handling, automation).

You’ll receive a detailed quotation covering:

  • Tooling costs
  • Production timelines
  • Expected delivery dates
  • Optional coatings or surface modifications

Once approved, we manufacture the molds and produce the first samples.
Each prototype undergoes QA inspection and dimensional testing to ensure full compatibility with your equipment.

After validation, we start serial production under cleanroom conditions with complete traceability.
Your multiwell plates are packed, labeled, and shipped directly from our German facility.
